worldwide earthquake-proof structures

My grandfather used to build houses. They were built withstanding 7.2 magnitude earthquakes. That was 20 & 30 years ago. Today there are many more technologies for building earthquake magnitude safe structures. The cost is a factor, the availability to everyday citizens of countries is a factor, & sometimes govt/social red tape can be a problem. But to me, these issues seem more simple than complex. Mostly though, the only factor that exist, as I have noticed, is the simple fact that we "just don't" rebuild them. We just have "not decided" to organize it. It's a pretty simple thing to do. I would say, let's get busy with it, as the expression goes. I could contact the volenteers of america right now in fact, and give them this effort to tackle. They would probably love to pander such a project. There is such a world wide need. It's a problem that can help to bring us all together as well, as a world, as a nation of earthlings, lol.

There is a culmination or combining of different technologies, there are large scale buildings, and then there are small scale houses, made of strong plastics and shaped as triangles and pyramids. Both of these technologies are useful. It makes it diverse, which is always a good thing.. Really you could incorrporate differing designs based upon differing terrains, and exsisting with different political divisions, etc. There are more options than one would first consider. A couple years ago I read of some technologies some people were proposing. I don't have those links anymore, but I am sure that they are there, out there, somewhere. The ability to research and find information is really a plus to society as is the ability to build : )
